American Express Cardmember Lounge - Wimbledon 2021

Working at this legendary location was great fun. Onit Events operationally managed the classy American Express Cardmembers Lounge during Wimbledon 2021. Primarily our role was to develop a service and operational strategy, which would not only enhance the user experience but improve the operational efficiency of the activation. Secondly the project saw us coordinate and provide leadership to a large multi-disciplinary team including contractors, Brand Ambassadors, Front and Back of house operatives, security, production and account management.
