Terry is a classically trained chef, that has worked in many different settings all over the world, including Michelin level. More recently Terry has overseen the operations of Borough Kitchen's and Atelier des Chefs international cookery schools.

Terry also dedicates a lot of his time on community projects, that specifically are designed to help disenfranchised individuals become financially independent through street food influenced starter businesses.

From Head Chef at the legendary Tramp Private Members' Club in London's Mayfair to joint ownership of the iconic Juno Bar in Shoreditch, there is no service demand that he has not seen and met, whether in the kitchen or across wider operations.

This worldly perspective means that he brings a clear and rational understanding to all the projects he works on. His professional endeavours as an owner operator and senior leader of some of London's most iconic venues, results in an ability to bring his own dynamic thought process on execution to every enterprise, ranging from event logistics and production right through to high end silver service delivery.
