Rugby League World Cup 2021

For this exciting project, we were tasked with initiating a national poster campaign in support of the ‘one year to go’ call to action around the Rugby League World Cup 2021 public ticket ballot. 

Our part in the campaign execution focused on site sourcing and building a network of locally based street distributors that could print and distribute A5 flyers and A3 Posters to 12 cities, across the north of England. To add to the complexities this whole project had a two-week turnaround.

The targeted cities and towns were Warrington, St Helens, Widnes, York, Leeds, Huddersfield, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Bolton, Wigan, Leigh and Salford.

Printed across the 6 variant posters and flyers were extracts from ‘The Power of Together’ declaration written by renowned Manchester poet, Tony Walsh, aka Longfella.
